server.properties

Server. Properties is a file where all options on the multiCraft or minecraft classic server are saved.

When editing Server. properties, it is important to use the same structure as the original, but the line order is optional. The word before the target is the source and there is no need to change it. The word after the equivalent is the meaning of quality and can be edited. The line that starts with it is considered an explanation. Changing or deleting these rows does not affect the game.

After changing to the Server. properties file, you need to restart the server to enable it. Another way is to use the /Reload command in the server console or this game to reload the settings.

If all qualities are not displayed in the Server. properties file (for example, if new qualities are added in a new version of the server or if there is no file), the server is rewritten to rewrite the Server. properties file at startup. Show the meaning by default.

Despite this extension, the file server. properties is regarded as a simple text file for UTF-8 encoding, edits with any text editor, such as Windows notepad, Mac Textedit, Linux Nano and Vim. You can.

    File location

This file is mechanically generated (if it does not exist) at the first startup of the server.

    OS File location Notes
Windows In the work folder (in the same folder as Server. jar) When the player clicks the Server. jar file, clicks the startup script in the same folder, or clicks the shortcut to start the server, the same folder as Server. jar is selected as a work folder.
    Linux
    Pass to work directory (PWD)

If the player starts the game from his home directory ( /home /name), the server file will be created in /home /name. Follow the hints below to make the server file generated where the player expects.

    • Assign the entire directory to all server files. (If the player is not satisfied with this, everything may not work.)
      • The player's server, Server. jar, needs to be placed here.
      • Must be in the player's executive file $ PATH.
      • Make sure that execution authority has been added to the startup script (chmod +X file name or folder manager).

        Keys

        key type Default value explanation
Allow flights Bullvo FALSE If the user has a mod that provides a flight, it is allowed to apply a flight to the server in survival mode.

If you allow a flight, you will have a chance to freeze with more Anduled. Creative mode does not have this effect.

If the number of difficulty is specified, it will be silently converted to the difficult title.

To connect to JMX in Java implementation, as described here, you need to add some JVM flags at startup.

        • RCON protocols are transferred to all without encryption, so it is not recommended to make RCON online, for example. All data sent between the RCON server and the buyer (including the RCON password) may be sent to someone listening to your fusion.

Entering the meaning of False will destroy the reply from the buyer. This is basically reflected as an independent server, but means taking the connection.

When this feature is integrated, users who do not exist in Sno w-White list (when enabled) are thrown out of the server when the server reloads the Sno w-White list file.

For more information about permissions in four stages, see the Level Level section.

If the ol d-fashioned game mode number is shown, it will be silently converted to the name of the game mode.

Note: Dungeon is generated even if the meaning of False is established.

If you use the world's personal pr e-installation number, you must file the location of the ":" and vanilla world (minecraft :).

        • If you set Max-World-Size to 1000, players can own the world edges with a volume of 2000 x 2000.
        • Setting Max-World-Size to 4000 allows players to get the world with 8000 x 8000 volume.
        • MOTD supports color code and format code.
        • Motd supports special symbols like "♥". However, these symbols must be converted to unico. Click here for online conversion tools.
        • If Motd is 59 or more, the server list can declare a communication error.

Note: Ethernet specifications require at least 64 bytes to 64 bytes packets. In this way, devices with less than 64 may be ineffective. It is not yet recommended to exceed MTU, usually 1500 bytes.

Note: Indirect damag e-The information generated by the player (lava, flame, TNT, and to some extent water, sand, gravel, etc.) all lose to other players.

Note that (in some versions before 1.15.2), the ":" and " resource-pack-prompt"> Resource pack prompt line assembly

Using Required-Rosource-Pack does not always add user news reflected in resource pack hints.

It has the ability to maintain a specific number of rows, which is expected to have a chat component syntax.

Note: If a resource pack is assigned, start the server in the console and the yellow news "Invalid Sha1 for Resource-Pack-Sha1" will be displayed. Due to the nature of the hash function, the possibility of an error is very small, and it does not affect the result.

Standard/ Recommendation 10. If the players are delayed, we recommend that you make this meaning smaller.

If the lag is intense, we recommend that you disable this meaning.

This setting does not affect if the difficulty level is 0 (peaceful). If the difficulty level is not zero, it also has the ability to appear from the monster saving throw.

If the lag is intense, we recommend that you disable this meaning.

If the snowlist does not contain a snowlist, they cannot be enabled. Specializes in private servers and is selected closely through the order transmission process, such as real friends and strangers.

Fals e-No snowlist is used. Tru e-File WhiteList. json is used to create a snow white list.

Note: The operator is mechanically classified as a snowlist and does not need to be added to the snow white list.

            Server: serverconfig.xml

Serverconfig. xml files are used to set the values of various properties used by the game server. The server uses these properties to set up a parameter to start the game. Some properties are simply related to the game options, but other properties are more important and control the connection, access, and protection of the game server.

To edit the settings, open the . xml file using the appropriate text editor. Notepad and word pad are suitable. Notepad ++ is perfect for this work. The function to operate the . xml file correctly is very convenient for editing Serverconfig. xml, and can be downloaded for free from a site called Https: // Notepad-plus-plus. Org/Download/.

To change the property value, enter the required changes in the field of the selected value. If all the selected values are edited, don't forget to save the file. The easiest way is to click Ctrl+S. When saving in the save window, make sure that the file extension is . xml.

            Modded Status [ | ]

            Editing June 7, 2018

If you change some important values in the Servercomfig. xml file, the server will receive the Modified status on the server browser, as implemented in Alpha 10. The famous flags, their default values, and defaults (required for unidighted status) are shown below.

            • DaynightLENGTH = 50 (Note: 40 from 10. 0, but 12. 5 "output_log. txt" is default = 50)
            • Dropondeath = 0

            • BuildCreate = False.
            • You cannot change the XML file in Data/ config/.

If you face the problem to configure the server status to Unmodified or Vanilla, check the journal file in/7daystodie_data/output_log. txt. You can find it immediately by searching for "Modified".
