Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead Season Finale - A Perfect Send-Off
The thre e-part season finale of "ZOM 100: Bucket List of the Dead" broadcast on Monday gave fans the best Christmas present. Despite being waiting for a long time to return, ZOM 100 has been able to finish the season full of schedule and delay in production, and has the potential for the new season.
A Perfect Send-Off
Occasionally, I felt more worried about when the new episode would appear than in the episode itself. It is a daily habit to always check when the last three episodes will appear and the websites and official accounts. However, despite the delay, Zom 100 succeeded in providing us one of the best new animations in 2023 after a wonderful ending.
The three final episodes on the same day proved that it was a perfect situation. I think that each episode has been waiting for three weeks for three weeks, and the end of the season in 2024 has already damaged suspicious works.
Episode 10 was a good start that eventually led to the climax of the season. If you were full of impressive scenes, if the rural a closed community, strangers gathered to help each other, people would probably fall into a realistic downtime. During the valuable peaceful time between zombies and apocalypse, memories of lost loved ones and personal conversations with family, especially in this episode, the "ZOM100" finale is very well explored. be.
Some of the new girls introduced at the beginning of the 10th episode may have said that they had no emotional weight because they did not know the background. However, for Akira, it was a good relaxing time to listen to strangers of strangers, which would end up with his personality. And I think that was the point of the whole episode 10. Zom 100 Season Finale Wrap-Up
In episode 11, events that foreshadowed the climax unfolded. The battle between Higurashi and the village was the most dangerous moment so far for Akira and his group's lives. Taking on monsters in the zombie apocalypse genre is a unique endeavor in any entertainment, and that's why ZOM100 is a unique and fun series.
It goes without saying that people with different life experiences make different decisions, as in ZOM100, but what I found interesting was that each of the main characters had a correct and rational counterargument to the Higurashi group's abnormal beliefs about freedom. The great Stan Lee once said that the strongest characters in manga are the ones the author wants to win, and it felt the same here. There is no moment when Shizuka, Kencho, or Beatrix are at least a little bit wrong, and each of them overcomes conflicts in the face of danger as if what they believe in will help them survive.
What I liked about this episode was that Shizuka was so alive. For someone who was there for her all season, it's a good way to develop her character to have her cry tears of joy and have some comical moments. At the beginning of the season, she didn't want to have anything to do with anyone but herself and took the most logical path every day. But this season, she sacrificed herself to free the village elders.
Defeating everyone in the final episode and having Higurashi fight Akira was a great tone and made me want to watch the final series on TV. So, like I said, releasing these episodes at the same time was a great solution by the production staff.

Episode 12 was the best of them all. It's definitely the best episode from both a script and animation production standpoint. Shinohara Tsuguna's direction and equipment work in this episode was brilliant and further strengthened the impression of Higurashi's depravity. Unlike the other episodes, Higurashi's past feud with Akira made everything emotional, which was supported by the great performance of actor Okamoto Nobuhiko (Bakugou - My Hero Academia).

I don't mean to be too sympathetic towards Higurashi, but if you see him through Akira's eyes in the middle, everything is a little different. Akira says that he could have frozen to death like Higurashi, but the path he chose was a choice. Akira again justifies this path as being better than any other path. I loved how Higurashi's list ended with number 38, and then Akira removed number 38 from his list at the end of the episode, then added more, and everyone else joined Akira. It was clear that this episode was carefully crafted on every level, which made the end of Zom100 season a great farewell before the (hopefully) new season announcement.
But what is Zom100 without humor? At the end of this season, the death of founder Akira seemed to play out dramatically, and at one point it seemed very plausible. For example, if you're an anime-only fan and really thought he was going to die, you're wrong. Akira's mother describes his "growth" as almost like a tumor, and Akira bemoans him, "How much do you care," only to admit that it's actually a hemorrhoid, which is a phenomenal bit of comedy. I couldn't imagine Zom 100 ending this serious situation any other way. But I'd be lying if I said I didn't really check my thoughts when Akira's founder said he was proud of Akira.

It was worth the long wait. You could say it was the magic of the new year that the two final episodes came together. And even though Zom 100 never had a chance to end better than this series, it is. The direction was masterful. The voice actors were great as always. And at the end of episode 12, we're left waiting for the group to leave on a proper journey.

Akira Terudo (Umeda Shuichiro) is an ordinary office worker who spends his time at a company he's already grown to hate. The work is exhausting, and he's also struggling with the idea that he doesn't love his girlfriend.
Everything drags on and is watched. But there's no chance when Akira goes into the property owner to talk about renting and finds him in front of the other residents' dinner. The zombie apocalypse has come, but in the same sense, he's not about to wait around for too long. In the movie "Zom 100: List of the Dead", Akira arrests life on a corner and decides to live it from his perspective - it thus comes up with a list of things to make it possible to rule everything, in fact, they will tear it down to the zombies.
Introduction: A man runs desperately through the streets of a megapolis surrounded by abandoned cars and corpses. Flying over the metropolis, he basically sees that the whole place is being exterminated. Eventually he joins in and absorbs the ravenous zombies, and the video camera focuses on the words "Memento Mori" graffitied on a wall not far away.
Akira's true nature is that he lives without any purpose, even if he remembers it. He doesn't like his job, his living space has become an emergency zone, and he doesn't try to force himself to move forward. Not content with that, he falls in love with his boss, Saori Otori's coworker (Jora Amami), who is the only person who allows him to experience his healthy self at work.
Thankfully, the zombies come. Now Akira doesn't have to wander to work or worry about his daily life. He is free, and this means he no longer wakes up near things that didn't allow him to exist the way he wanted to.
The main reason for this is the fact that he doesn't have to keep working to get a paycheck in a world where zombies roam. Based on raging among the zombies, he reports a list of things and tries to complete them as he feels like it.
This ties together everything from studying English to finding the woman of his dreams. A huge percentage of the Earth's population is actually afraid of such things, as zombies continue to breed, so Akira doesn't have the chance to wait to see what happens next, but as everything falls apart he falls into all sorts of hilariously unusual stories. Most people, of course, wouldn't react in the same way to a bout of zombie-power, but for Akira, this is akin to a dream come true.
What kind of TV program do you remember? Zom 100 is different from many other anime series, thanks to its unique idea, but also has a hue like "Sankalea" and "High School of the Dead".
Our view: Most zombies are dedicated to the dark future, and how terrible is the tragic death awaiting immediately by the undead. ZOM100 is innovative because it can avoid these typical fears and approach the situation from a completely different angle.
Akira cannot stop and think about the end of what is happening around him. It should be scary, but if you support Akira and you can finally send the life you wanted after you started working, this will be a bit joke. If you have done a bad job, it's very impressive. And there is always something you want to do and if you have time.
