Random events
Random action, ant i-macro consumer, and elemental random are NPCs and related zones for Runescape for interaction with players. NPCs are providing something to players and requesting them to play a short mini game to get prizes. When a random action is displayed, the first communication player is displayed, and only the players can communicate. If the player does not want to talk to a random event, there is an option to righ t-click to distract the event or ignore the elementary, and the event disappears for a moment.
This IRGE does not allow all random actions. Initially, random action was introduced in Runescape 2 as a macro technology to remove RUNESCAPE Classic lethargic systems. As part of the Portal Nexus update, a random action was performed in another series of updates. Equipment-damaging randoms [ edit | edit source ]

Locations with fewer random events [ edit | edit source ]
Random events may not occur in some areas of Gelinar.
Currently, the following areas have been confirmed to have reduced random events:
- In the underwater zone, only Rites, Dig Control, General, Dr. Jekyll, Mysterious Old Man, and Rick Turpentine can cause random events.
- Hunter Zone - The original Hunter Zone does not have random events that teleport players. [20]
Bank locations with random events [ edit | edit source ]
Some banks can cause random events while the player is in front of them. This is useful for players who want to use the bank to train skills such as magic or fencing while still getting random events.

Random costume acquisition actions now usually offer 500 coins to players who already have the ultimate costume set. XP Lamps are now offered in exchange for coins. The lamps are similar to the Genie Lamps and give 10x skill points. Mystery Quiz Box and Prison Pete may also offer this lamp in exchange for coins.
Random actions no longer occur in areas affected by forest activities.
Toasters now have a 1/64 chance of delivering soulless baguettes instead of baguettes.
At the end of a random event, you are now notified of the benefits received.
Many activities now allow you to quit midway through. Beekeeper events have been removed from mobile devices. Corresponding settings can be found in the §2018 Random Events Update.
Random actions no longer occur when in the Abyssal Sire or Cerberus rooms.
Random actions can no longer be seen in the Grand Exchange.
The Dismissal feature is now available in random events.
Random actions are now optional. Players have a chance to avoid random actions until they disappear, without the risk of being teleported or interrupted.
Random events that teleport you to another field no longer happen in build mode. This does not include events that teleport you because you did not complete the event first, however.
