Emil. ostergaard: Hi, I'm having problems with Prefect Cloud 2. 0.

I'm using Kubernetes Flow Runner and Dask Task Runner.

On Friday (8/7-2022), I had a stream that I wanted to interrupt.

I tried using the delete function in the user interface, thinking that it would delete all resources related to the Flow_Run, including Kubernetes tasks, etc.

This doesn't seem to work with Kubernetes The task was not deleted, so I deleted it manually.

The problem is that it limits parallelism. The tasks launched by this stream have tags that limit parallelism.

It seems that these tasks linked to external stream launches are not deleted from Perfect Storage. For example

Prefect concurrency-limit inspect my-tag 

Active task identification data is displayed even though nothing is launched in K8S.

This zombie causes an unpleasant problem where Prefect mistakenly thinks that the concurrency-limit has been reached, and launches a new stream for this stream, but the task does not start.

But I can't find a way to manually clean up these task-identifiers. Please let me know if there is a way!
