Ascension perks
Ascension perks represent the grand ambitions of an empire, or in the case of Ascension and Decay perks, its ultimate destiny. These perks are revealed by completing all of the Habit Trees or by purchasing the "Ascension Theory" technology, which opens the Ascension perk connector.
